As Team Bangers, we're a dedicated group of artists and game developers with a shared goal of crafting memorable gaming experiences. Our focus is on building enchanting worlds, complete with captivating handcrafted visuals and characters that leave a lasting impression on players.

Our Goal:
We strive to create a metroidvania game that fans of the genre will be thrilled to play. Having the essentials like a non-linear progression through a vast 2D world with fast, responsive combat and movement mechanics that reward quick reflexes and reactions. While adding a fully hand drawn art style on top to create a world that feels both alive and sparks the curiosity for them to explore.

Target Audience:
Our customers would be players who are fans of the Metroidvania-Platformer Genres and Indie game enthusiasts and enjoyers of games with hand-drawn art. Ranging from middle school students to independent adults.


Main Competitors:
Hollow Knight (5.6m units sold), Blasphemous (1.2m units sold), Cave Story+ (716k units sold) and Guacamelee! (520k units sold).

There is a large market in the Metroidvania genre. We aim to add our unique twist with our game having hand drawn graphics, fast paced action sequences with unique mechanics centered around the main characters shield, comedic elements and characters making a grim setting lighthearted and offering high replayability through a rich story, worldbuilding and exploration.

Burak Parlak

Burak is an experienced professional Illustrator and Game Artist with 5 years in the Gaming Industry and +9 as an Illustrator creating art for galleries in Auckland and Istanbul, graphic design for companies such as Turkish Airlines and working on community art projects in Istanbul.
Starting their visual arts education in New Zealand and later graduating from Turkiye's leading Fine Arts University: Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Burak is currently a lecturer teaching while also pursuing their Game Design Masters education at Bahçeşehir University's very own Bug Lab Tekmer.

Tunga Gökhan Şahinler

Gökhan is a Game Developer and Level Designer with 6+ years of experience practicing game design and animation, creating multiple prototypes of games in a variety of genres along with having experience in content creation and social media management running both personal and corporate accounts.

Having graduated from the Game Design Bachelors Program from İstanbul Bilgi University, Gökhan is currently study in Game Design Masters program at Bahçeşehir University.

Selmane Ghaoui

Selmane is a Game Developer, Level Designer, Sound Designer as well as a musician who's honing his skills for over 5 years in all things game development. With a background in computer science and mathematics, he uses his combined knowledge and expertise in programming to manage game develoment projects and bring design ideas and prototypes to life through videogames.

Licence in Computer Science and Mathematics at University Of Science And Technology Houari Boumediene and currently pursuing a master's in Digital Game Design at Bahçeşehir University while participating in Bug Lab activities.
