state that they are offered under this Contract (“Services”). Registered users of our Services are
“Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”.
1.3. Members and Visitors : When you register and join the TECHIN2B Services, you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor.”
1.4. Change: We may modify this Contract, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to it, we will provide you notice through our Services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.

8. Subscriptions
8.1. Some parts of the Website offered to
Users are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on an
annually and/or monthly recurring fee. Cancelling annual subscription at any
time within the one-year subscription term shall not entitle the user for a
refund of the subscription fee. Annual renewals are not automatic, and you will
be asked to renew your subscription at the end of each term to continue
benefiting from the subscription-based Content.

reserves the right the suspend, downgrade or cancel User’s subscription for
non-payment of the subscription fee or any violation of these Terms and
Conditions.

(including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
